My dogs liver enzymes...

My dogs liver enzymes are elevated. He does not show any signs of having any liver problems. My vet is recommending that a sono gram be done. Can you tell me what might be wrong? Just curious

Well when we touch him sometimes he yelps.

He isa mix breed of terrier, dachshund and Chuwaa (sorry about spelling) and vet thinks he should weigh about 15 lbs. he has maintained 28 now for a long time and does not seem to lose
