Friend, you will find online about goose poop having Giardia, but, Giardia is very host specific and it will not affect your dog. It is very likely that nothing will happen to your dog. No need to start antibiotics.

My goal is to provide you with excellent service. If you have any follow-up questions don't hesitate to ask. If finished, please take a moment to rate my service it is how I get compensated. See you again soon!

Just Incase what should I look out for?

I really don't expect anything to happen. But, if she were to develop any symptoms it would be diarrhea. If she does develop diarrhea do not give her an antidiarrhea like Imodium or Pepto Bismol change her diet to rice (75%) and boiled boneless chicken or ground beef (25%) until the stool is back to normal and have her checked by your veterinarian.
