1) Was this a regular sized snickers bar? King size? Fun size?

2) How much does your dog weigh approximately so I can calculate the chocolate dose?

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Customer reply replied 3 months ago
Smaller than regular size but not bite size candy bar.
It is my sons dog, approx 30 lbs.
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Dan, Dog Veterinarian replied 3 months ago

Thanks, I'll run the calculation and be back in 5-10 minutes.

I have good news for you. The amount of chocolate in this type of snickers is minimal. It will not be long-term problematic for him. It will likely cause an episode or two of vomiting and a day or two of diarrhea. But if this occurs that should be the only effects as long as he doesn't eat anymore. I hope this helps, if not please feel free to ask more questions, if it did help, please leave a rating. Dr. Dan
