Your dog needs vet care as soon as you can get it. Take her to the ER tonight. There should be no colored discharge before the birth of pups. The green color could indicate a placenta has separated without the pup being born.
It is very likely from your description that she will need vet help in delivering and I would not wait any longer, but just get her to a vet for an evaluation as soon as possible before this threatens her life.
Hope all goes well and you don't lose her! DRB
