please! My dog ate the wax about twenty-four hours ago, last night. Today there was bits of the wax in her poop, but I'm not sure if she got it all out. She is constipated, but she gets constipated frequently. She has pumpkin sensitivities, so what else could I try to give her to help with the constipation?
Dog Veterinarian: Sally G., Dog Training Consultant replied 3 months ago

Thank you for that information. I am sorry I was offline when you came back.

If you are finding it in her feces then she may have chewed it well enough to pass it.

Fibrous foods such as green beans can help with constipation coconut oil (1/2 teaspoon per 10 lbs body weight), and bran. Here are other natural remedies https://healthypets.mercola.com/sites/healthypets/archive/2013/08/16/pet-constipation.aspx

If it becomes a blockage you will see a sudden lack of appetite, vomiting , diarrhea and lethargy.

If she cannot hold down food or water then I would suspect a blockage.
