I am sorry to hear Tracker has been having seizures, and now back end weakness.

Has he had tests to find out why he is having seizures; do you have a diagnosis? The seizures and the back legs being weak may be related, but you would need to find out why he has the siezures. Dogs his have can have seizures from heart disease, low blood sugar, liver disease, certain infections, and diseases of the nervous system, or a brain tumor. Some of these could also cause the hind leg problems. Has he had blood tests or Xrays or a consult with a neurology specialist?

He has Epilepsy.
Dog Veterinarian: Rebecca, Dog Veterinarian replied 4 months ago

So he started having seizures when he was young? I misunderstood; I thought the seizures had started recently.

If so this problem with his back legs is probably not related to his epilepsy. He may have an inflamed disc in his spine, or weakness from arthritis in his spine.

I would consider an exam by a veterinarian and Xrays of his back, to find out where this problem is.

What is his epilepsy medication? If it is high dose, that can make a dog weak in the back end.
