Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question

Hope McKenzie is doing ok. Azaleas contain grayantoxins which can acutely cause vomiting, and at higher amounts cause depression and heart effects. All of these symptoms are treated symptomatically vs prophylactically, so I'd just monitor for signs of illness. If it's just some vomiting then give some pepcid AC. Small dog 5mg, medium dog 10mg, and large dog 20mg. If she appears really ill get to the vet immediately. Hope she does ok! Let me know if I can help in any other way!
