He has a hot spot under his chin we were using Cortizone cream on here but our vet told us to stop using it because he has a thymoma it’s been over a month and her treatment is not working what should we use on his hotspot

The vet had us rub aloe on his hotspot that didn’t work then we on our own started putting vitamin E on the hotspot we started using cortisone again but we don’t want to harm Jed by using it
