Hello I am Dr. Joey. Thanks for asking your question and trusting me to help you and your pet today. I am a licensed veterinarian with over 18 years of experience. I'm sorry to hear Roxee is experiencing this.

Generally when a dog positions herself like this it indicates she is experiencing pain in her abdomen. We do associate this classically with pancreatitis, but any abdominal pain in the stomach region can cause this. Because she has vomiting and has no appetite, the absolute best for her is to take her in to be seen this afternoon. She needs an exam to evaluate her for pain and some lab work to screen for possible causes of this type of pain, possibly radiographs (X-rays) as well, if there is concern she could have swallowed something unusual that might be trapped in her digestive tract.

Ok. Thank you. I did apply topical flea meds yesterday. Wondering if this could cause stomach distress?

That would be highly unusual if you used a topical product. They usually do not absorb, although we have had some reports with Biopspot causing some liver issues, rarely. Can you think of any new food items or items she may have chewed up recently?
