Any metal or plastic?

Paul

This just happened, there was a metal disc at the bottom the wick was attached to, not sure if she ate those two pieces or not. The metal disc is like a centimeter or two long?
Customer reply replied 5 months ago
It's a centimeter long I just checked it. I'm fine with typing thanks!

Thanks

NO need for call- I agree- stupid BOTS

Okay I am not too panicked

Believe it or not this happens a LOT

Do you have any canned pumpkin at home?

Paul

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Customer reply replied 5 months ago
Ha really? Candles are so unappetizing! I don't but I can run to the store. She seems fine and is running around like a nut.

Great

Lets give two tablespoons of canned pumpkin with each meal for the next few days

That will coat the metal and push it through

Monitor for vomiting, abdominal pain and no stool

Okay?

Paul

OK perfect! Thank you for your help! One last question, one of her favorite toys is a stuffed lamb that's about 3/4 as big as she is. She loves to grab it and swing it around and growl...could a toy too big hurt her little neck? She's 9 months old.

Very welcome

Dont think that toy will be an issue

He has a swollen toe, shetland sheepdog, Prince. Hes 12, he
he had a plasma cell tumor removed 2 years ago from his back left leg 5th digit. He is followed for it by our vet and an oncologist and that has remained stable. He went to the vet 2 days ago to have his naila trimmed and paws cleaned up and when we got home that night he started limping and wouldn't weoght bare on it. His other paws were evedentally sore too but not so bad. She didnt cut the quick except for his front right which isnt the problem paw. i took him back to the vet today and his back left paw has a swollen toe his 4th digit. It is red and slightly swollen and sore to touch but he is weight baring better on it now but still not back to normal. The vet doeant think its from his nail cutting but he was fine before. She did an xray that just showed soft tissue swelling the bone was ok. There is no dischare and he is not licking it. Should i be worried this is somethinf onco related? we just had his lymph nodes aspirated proximal to this paw causw e grew back his 5th pad but its a pressure point. Both the onco and vet monitor it and it hasnt increased in size. i just dont know wherw he could get an infection out od nowherw if it wasnt from the nail cutting....… read more
