Can you give me an idea of how may mg of Cialis might have been ingested? I can dose this drug to dogs at 0.5 mg per pound of body weight when addressing pulmonary arterial hypertension. There's little information concerning overdose/acute toxicity of this drug in dogs but single doses of up to 500 mg have been given to healthy men. Cutaneous flushing of the inguinal region has been reported with sildenafil, a related drug, in dogs. GI effects - inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea are possible.

Were you successful in inducing emesis? If not, you can repeat dosing with 20 mL (one measuring tablespoon + one measuring teaspoon) of 3% hydrogen peroxide.

I regret that my state board of veterinary examiners doesn't allow me to speak to customers by phone in this venue but other experts in this category may be able to assist you in this regard. Please let me know if you'd like another expert to do so and I'll opt out of this conversation. Please stay in the conversation if you wish.
