I noticed my dog...

I noticed my dog was acting a lot different than his usual self. He acts weak, kind of struggles getting up or climbing onto ny bed. Seems to be affecting his back legs more so than anything. He's walking slow. He is eating but real lethargic

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help your dog. What is the dog's name and age?
