Luna seems fine No side effects so far

Curiously, no. Even egregious amounts of progesterone are well-tolerated by dogs. There are no reports of inadvertent acute overdosage of estradiol in veterinary patients but chronic administration can be toxic to the bone marrow. You wouldn't see signs of toxicity for at least two weeks following ingestion. How long ago were these tabs ingested, please?

should I induce vomiting?

Thank you. The hormones would have been absorbed through the mucous membranes of her oral cavity long before now and the stomach acid would denature a high percentage of them in any event. Inducing emesis isn't helpful at this time. I would have Luna's vet check Luna's complete blood count in a week and again in two weeks and expect no adverse effect. Please continue our conversation if you wish.
