Ok

He weighs 25 kilograms

Ingested about 19mg.

So, he ingested only about 0.8mg/kg dose.

That is a really low dose.

Common signs of toxicity to watch for would include:

  • Agitation
  • Aggression
  • Panting
  • Sedation
  • Elevated heart rate
  • Hypertension
  • Drooling
  • Vomiting
  • Diarrhea
  • Tremors
  • Seizures

But, I would be very surprised if anything happened, and I don't see any indication for treatment at this point.

Should I give her peroxide

If any symptoms of illness occur, definitely, I would get in to a vet for some basic supportive care.

For ingesting only 0.8mg/kg, I would think the induction of vomiting would be worse than what was ingested actually.

Dr. Andy

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question

My concern would be for ingesting no less than about 2 or 3mg/kg. I would be very concerned at over 5mg/kg. But, your pet only ate 0.8mg/kg.

Ok thank you how soon would I see any issuses

I would expect within the first few hours of ingestion, but symptoms of GI distress like diarrhea could be up to 24 hours.
