I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on your Chihuahua, please?

TomCat can contain the neurotoxin bromethalin or the anticoagulant diphacinone. d-CON can contain the anticoagulants brodifacoum or difethialone. It's too late to induce emesis but if you haven't seen muscle tremors, hyperexcitation, or seizures by now, bromethalin ingestion isn't likely. The anticoagulants can cause uncontrolled bleeding 1-4 days after ingestion. Your vet can test your dog's bleeding times and determine if treatment if needed.

I induced puking with peroxide last night. she puked up a bunch and seems to be doing great this morning. no tremors, blood in stool or diarrhea. if I notice any signs my local vet said to bring her in for another check up. they prescribed vitamin k-1 for her for 2 weeks to be safe. thank you for your advice.

That's a good update. Thank you. Your vet's approach was sensible. I can't set a follow-up in this venue so please return to our conversation - even after rating - with an update at your convenience. You can bookmark this page for ease of return.
