Second opinion] I have a 7month old lab that is acting normal eating drinking but has had excessive drooling since this morning wondering if it's something to be concerned about

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Problems with drinking can be serious. I'm glad you noticed it. The Expert will know what to do. Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the dog?

No she's acting normal as can be just a bunch of drooling

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on your Lab, please?

I reviewed your conversation with my excellent colleague Dr. Altman and found that she provided you with a thorough and accurate assessment of your Lab and how she might be addressed. In addition to nausea, ptyalism (excessive salivation) is also seen with cramping, gastroesophageal reflux (GERD, acid reflux, heartburn), esophageal and oral ulceration.
