The active ingredient in that product is indoxacarb at a very small concentration that wouldn't affect a dog even if the entire bait were ingested. As with ingesting anything unusual transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise but Bailey wasn't intoxicated. Was there housing of this bait that was also ingested?
