I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on Pepe, please? His drinking a lot of water and abdominal pain is worrisome for acute kidney injury due to ethylene glycol (antifreeze) poisoning which needs to be addressed within 8 hours of ingestion lest the kidneys suffer irreversible damage. There are other considerations with those symptoms but we can't take the chance that he didn't ingest antifreeze. I recommend having Pepe attended to by a 24 hour veterinary facility at your earliest convenience. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
