His issues started back...

His issues started back in June 2017. He had an infected sheath that was treated with antibiotic infusions. It finally cleared up after about 2 months. Then in October, he was refusing to eat and vomiting. Blood work showed elevated lipase so he was diagnosed withn pancreatitis. There were also elevations in ALT, CREAT and EOS which they were not concerned about. All through this time I reported that he was shaking his head like his ears itched and would suddenly stop to chew his bottom or lick at his tail like something bit him. They told me to give him benedryl because he had allergies not an infection of the ears or skin. The diet was changed for the pancreatitis which I chose to make myself with ground Turkey, sweet potato, brown rice, green beans and green peas. It helped but still would vomit about every 7 to 10 days. Also the benedryl was not helping with the itching. I decided to change the food at prescription food which was a major mistake because it caused explosive diarrhea. I had to put him on another prescription food with hydrolyzed soy protein which did not want to do. Also when he developed the diarrhea, he developed a rash on his stomach. They gave Flagyl, Aboquel and probiotics. I believe that he has developed an allergy to protein and that has been the problem the whole time. What should I do for him at this point I have not given him the Flagyl and just started giving him the Aboquel 5 days ago. The rash on his stomach is still there and is starting to show signs of discomfort in the evening after eating.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. This sounds like it might be serious. I'll let the Veterinarian know what's going on ASAP. Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the Turkey?

The only thing about the diet that I made myself was tha he would vomits around 7 to 10 days
