I am sorry to hear you are worried about Munni. Puppies this age can often have roundworms, and that can make the stomach appear bloated.

Is she eating and drinking?

If you lift her lip to check her gums, are they pink, or pale?

Pink

she eats doesn’t drink much water but her food is soft & mixed with doggy formula
Dog Veterinarian: Rebecca, Dog Veterinarian replied 6 months ago

I am so sorry I have not been online since you posted back to me.

Good she has pink gums and is eating. I would have a stool sample checked for parasites; not all parasites are worms and most are too small to see by the naked eye.

I would also consider worming her for roundworms with pyrantel/Strongid. The dose for a puppy her size should be on the label.

I have not heard back from you; how is Munni doing? Was my answer helpful; can I answer anything else?
