Just allow her to rest and try to reevaluate in the morning. Ensure that she is not licking at it excessively if possible.

It is too sensitive at this point for her to allow you to look at it. If things are not getting better tomorrow you may want to take her in to have it examined and get some pain medication if she's not improving.

The other reason you may have to take her in as if the part of the digit or nail is just hanging there you may have to have them remove part of the nail if it doesn't fall off....all depending on how bad she injured it.
