My 9 year old Shih tzu is drinking much more water than

My 9 year old...

My 9 year old Shih tzu is drinking much more water than usual...he has refused food every couple of days, (he has one meal a day)..altohugh last night he ate about half of his dinner.... He has had bladder stones operation about 2 years ago... His urine is clear & he's always pee'd for England!
