The amount of theobromine in the chocolate/cocoa in that cheesecake isn't likely to be near enough to cause symptoms of toxicity - vomiting, agitation, tremors - which are usually seen soon after ingestion. Because Nana has remained well, she's expected to continue being so. There's no need to induce emesis or treat in any manner. Please respond with further questions or concerns.

Great! It might be that she ate the cheesecake closer to two and a half hours ago. Is she still out of danger?

Yes, I expect her to remain unaffected although as with ingesting anything unusual transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise. Please continue our conversation if you wish.
