There are so many things that can cause vomiting. Of course we try to determine if she got into something but if nothing has changed with her external environment as far as diet, stress, potential toxins etc, then we have to consider internal causes. To dogs of any age, but especially as they get older can develop certain diseases that can cause them to vomit and stop eating. There are a few things that you can try at home to help with appetite but if things are not getting better than I would suggest an exam and some blood work.
So for now....1. pepcod AC famotidine this is an acid reducer that can help with stomach upset. If you give me her weight I will give you a dose.
2. Bland diet. Rice, low sodium chicken broth, chicken breast etc.
3. Very small intermittent meals. Nothing big ND no new treatsTyping more....

Now sometimes the bad breath can be a clue that there is something going in internally either with her mouth or her organs. For example dogs with kidney issues will often times have a change in their breath.
So I would recommend that if she is not improving that you have her examined to ensure that there is nothing else going on.
