Hi I have a six month old pembroke corgi...who just tonite does not want to walk or get up

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'll do all I can to help. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help the dog. What is the dog's name?

Sammy

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else important you think the Veterinarian should know about Sammy?

Fully vaccinated...maybe he ate some bark and his bowels are trying to pass...would this make him not want to walk?

Can you tell me what you mean by "his bowels are trying to pass"?

Any vomiting or diarrhea?

What happens if you place him into a standing position? Will he walk then?

Is he eating and drinking well?
