Hello. My name is***** and I am a veterinarian that can answer your question. I understand Twinkle is not moving. I am sorry to hear about what is happening. Do you know if she is able to move the legs and is choosing not to, or is she physically unable to move the legs? The best way to test for this is to pinch the toes.

She can move her legs

Really slow
Dog Veterinarian: Scott Perry, Dog Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Ok, thank you. That indicates she is lethargic and her sudden drop of mobility is more likely related to an internal organ dysfunction than it is a neurological issue. A full neurological assessment should be performed to evaluate reflexes and determine for certain if this is a spine problem. However, a complete blood panel should also be performed in order to evaluate organ function. Therefore, a veterinarian appointment should be scheduled as soon as possible to get blood work done. If those values are normal then x-rays would be recommended.
