I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. Please let me know if you still need help. May I have an update on your dog, please?

General weakness due to toxicity is most likely but I also need to consider both syncopal and seizure activity. A video of this behavior would be helpful. You can upload videos to YouTube or a similar app and give me the link to it.

Syncope describes a sudden loss of consciousness and muscle tone, usually without motor activity and without postictal signs such as disorientation, ataxia, and finally sleep; in other words, a fast and complete recovery is expected. Syncopal events last less than a minute (otherwise fatal), whereas seizures may last several minutes. Clues of a cardiac problem - heart murmur, arrhythima - may be present in syncopal dogs.

Seizures are considered when any combination of uncontrollable, involuntary, excessive, or reduced motor activity; alteration in consciousness; behavioral disturbance and autonomic signs (e.g., salivation, urination, defecation, piloerection/hairs standing up on end) is seen. A seizure is transient and starts and ends abruptly. Postictal (post-seizure) disturbances frequently follow the seizure (e.g., confusion, pacing, blindness, ataxia ("drunken sailor"). Motor activity can be bilateral and diffuse (e.g., generalized tonic/clonic seizure) or minor and subtle (e.g., facial twitching). Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
