Is it all of her nipples or just a few?

Just a few
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Meghan Denney, Dog Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

It may just be the colostrum coming in, but it could also be some very early symptoms of mastitis. Apply raw cold cabbage leaves for 15-20 minutes 3-4 times a day. If the nipples with the discharge become red, or hot to the touch, or she develops fever after her pups are born then let your veterinarian know.

Raw cabbage leaves are a natural anti inflammatory remedy for inflammation in the mammary tissue. You can get some ace bandage to hold it on there for the alotted period of time.
