Hello, thank you for contacting us at Just Answer. I will do my best to answer your questions and help Baily. Can you give me an idea of how much she actually swallowed? Is she acting normal right now or does she seem nauseous? Finally, how long ago did she eat the heel balm?

Shes sleeping her breathing is normal . She ate about 3 tablespoons of it
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Gwen, Dog Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Ok, thank you for this information. Fortunately, the ingredients in this balm and the amount she ingested are not going to pose a serious health concern. She may get a little bit of an upset stomach, but that would be the worst of the side effects from this product. Keep an eye on her today and if she starts vomiting - more than twice - then give your veterinarian a call to see if she needs to have an anti-nausea medication. She may also have some soft stool or diarrhea. It is very likely that she will not have any clinical signs at all. Good luck with her - she sounds like she has a unique taste in 'treats'!
