Hello, this is Dr. Schmidt. I cannot make a diagnosis over the internet, but I can give you some advice regarding your dog. Could she have eaten or gotten into anything she shouldn't have? It is probably an upset stomach given what you're describing. I would recommend feeding boiled chicken and white rice and giving her Pepcid (0.25mg/lb) every 12 hours. If she is still lethargic by tomorrow morning, I would take her in to the vet for an xray. Let me know if you have any follow up questions. If you have a minute to give me a positive rating so I can receive credit for this question, I would really appreciate it. Good luck with everything!

I did take her to the vet. They said they have done what they can and we have to wait and see. She is not improving so I will be calling them back today to see what they suggest.

That's a good idea. It sounds like she needs to be hospitalized. I hope she gets the help she needs.
