The statins such as Lipitor are well-tolerated by dogs and so isn't an issue. Doses as high as 3 mg per pound of body weight of metoprolol (Torpol) have been given to dogs safely. 50 mg would be a slight overdose for Summer. Lisinopril doses below 10 mg/lb of body weight cause transient vomiting and diarrhea only. She might have ingested less than 1 mg/lb.

What we don't know is how a combination of metoprolol and lisinopril would affect her and so inducing emesis makes sense. That's done by dosing her with 15 mL (one measuring tablespoon) of 3% hydrogen peroxide by means of a small poultry baster placed between her cheek teeth and cheek. She should vomit within 15 minutes. If not, pleaser repeat the same dose. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

She can not vomit she has a heart condition
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Michael Salkin, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

A heart condition doesn't preclude vomiting but if you prefer to simply monitor her that's reasonable in this case. I would want an on-call vet to be available, however, if she needed to be treated for hypotension. Please continue on in our conversation if you wish.

I called poison control they said she need to make sure she doesn’t go into cardiac arrest
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Michael Salkin, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Yes, hypotension can cause cardiac arrest in these dogs. That would be predicated also on whether her heart condition has caused her to be hypertensive or hypotensive which I can't know from here.
