Hello. Thanks for writing in. My name is***** and I would be happy to help you. I AM NOT SET UP TO MAKE PHONE CALLS, BUT I WOULD BE HAPPY TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE ONLINE. THE WEBSITE SENDS THE REQUESTS; NOT MYSELF. In order to give an informative and concise answer, it may take a few minutes before I respond back to you, so don't be alarmed if you don't hear back immediately. If you have not responded back in 10 minutes, it may be a longer before I can get back to you. I do have a couple more questions, though, to see if I can better assess your situation.

About how much weight has he lost?

How long has this been going on for?

How is his appetite?

Any vomiting or diarrhea?

Can you take a picture of his belly and neck and post it or attach it to your next message?

As mentioned previously, I am not able to make phone calls. I can opt out to see if another vet is available who can fulfill that request, or we can continue our conversation online.

I am assuming I will not get charged for the phone call. I am, then I guess to get my money's worth it would be better to switch to a vet that is available for calls
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. John, Texas Veterinarian replied 8 months ago

Unless a phone call is actually made, there is no extra charge for it.

Ok so I was charged for the phone call after all. You are not available for a phone call, but have been able to chat briefly, but nothing about the condition of my dog. So far I have received no information on this so I am going to just contact my credit card company and dispute the charge. Or, have I missed something along the way here?
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. John, Texas Veterinarian replied 8 months ago

You shouldn't have been charged it, unless someone else fulfilled the request. I will send this to the moderators, so they can fix that.
