This is quite concerning.

I am worried about a foreign object or some other some physical obstruction to the gastrointestinal tract.

Of course this could be a simple case of gastritis but it would have not been going on this long.

I am sorry to have to recommend that you have Zara examined. They can give fluids and anti-vomit medications and take x-rays of the abdomien to look for a foreign body or signs of obstruction.

Are you able to take Zara in?
