Small marvel 20 minutes ago acting normal
Dog Veterinarian: DocPaul, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Thanks.

I do not want this to get lodged in her intestinal tract.

Do you have some hydrogen peroxide there?

Paul

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Dog Veterinarian: DocPaul, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Alright. I would like you to give one tablespoon of peroxide by mouth (15.0 ml)

Then we will give Willie 20 minutes to vomit it up

Paul

He hasn't done anything yet. They gave it to him with grease so he would be a problem?
Dog Veterinarian: DocPaul, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Give 20.0 ml now by itself and not with the grease

If this does not work then we will have to try syrup of ipecac

Paul

He has thrown up several times but no marble
Dog Veterinarian: DocPaul, Veterinarian replied 7 months ago

Arrrrgh!

Well we tried.

Okay on to plan B:

Feed as per normal but add one tablespoon of canned pumpkin to each meal.

This will bulk up the stools and push that marble through

Watch for vomiting, inappetance and abdominal discomfort

Update me later tonight

Okay?

Paul
