Customer Question

He is a 13 year old mix between a corgi and border collie. On Wednesday we noticed he just stopped wanting to go upstairs. He acts like he can’t see them. His gait looks fine. He doesn’t wimper or give any indication of pain. He walks down the stairs just fine.

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'm sorry to hear that. Have you looked to see if there is a wound on their foot?

Nope. Will do that....but wouldn’t a wound be apparent in his gait?

Veterinarian's Assistant: The Expert will ask you more detailed questions to find out what is causing this. What is the dog's name?

Vince.

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Vince?

I just checked his paws. There doesn’t appear to be anything in there. Otherwise he appears fine.

I am very sorry to see that none of our other Experts have reached out to you before now. I just came online and found that your question had not been addressed. How is your companion at this time? Can you share a video of what you're seeing with him being "unable to see the stairs"?
