I am sorry to hear Marabou got this gum. Can you look at the label of the gum; is it sweetened with xylitol?

Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question
Dog Veterinarian: Rebecca, Dog Veterinarian replied 9 months ago

I looked it up online; it appears it does contain xylitol. This is very toxic to dogs. Unless you are 100% sure she vomited all of it back up, she should get to a veterinarian as soon as possible. It causes low blood sugar, which could be why she is lethargic, and it can also cause serious liver damage.

How long ago did she get it?

She needs to get to an emergency clinic right away. This is possibly a life threatening emergency.
