I am sorry to hear this has happened.

There is some good news here. The amount eaten (100g) in a 45kg dog is going to cause minimal effects. There may be mild GI upset like a vomiting episode or two, but it will not cause any other problems. She may develop a small amount of diarrhea, but that is unlikely. She should be just fine.
