Unfortunately such bones can be very dangerous to a dog. They can splinter and poke a hole in the intestines causing poising to the dog or they can become a blockage of the intestines. The fact that he is not eating and is vomiting , he is actually showing 2 symptoms of an obstruction. The would require surgery. It is strongly advised that you seek a hands on exam by your Vet.
