Ringo, just found some of it uneaten, so ate about 2/3s. It was the fudge type

Please don't be alarmed. There's nothing toxic to dogs in these bars. The small amount of chocolate is of no significance. It would take a bit less than 15 ounces of pure milk chocolate (5 ounces of dark chocolate) to intoxicate a 15 lb dog. There's no need to induce emesis or treat in any manner. Please respond with further questions or concerns.

As with ingesting anything unusual transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise but Ringo wasn't intoxicated and will remain safe. Please continue our conversation if you wish.
