Customer Question
Hello, Shiloh seems to...

Hello, Shiloh seems to have developed an issue w/his backside area. He seems as if he can only walk a few steps before he turns around looks at his backside and more or less just lays down. He has been an extremely healthy 11yr-old Jack .....

Veterinarian's Assistant: I'm sorry to hear that. Could be a lot of things that cause lethargy. The Expert will know how to help the dog. What is the dog's name and age?

Shiloh and he is 11. Not sure it's lethargy as much as some type of true discomfort in the anus area.

Veterinarian's Assistant: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about Shiloh?

Well he did strain his left front leg the other night slipping running down the stairs.( wooden-slippery)

I am sorry to hear your dog is having this problem.

I will need a bit more information to better help you.

How long has this been going on?

Has he been seen by a vet for this problem before?

What flea/tick medication is he on and is he getting it every month?

Is he dragging his butt/scooting at all?
