No, you don't. As with ingesting anything unusual transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise but Momo wasn't intoxicated. There's no need to induce emesis or treat in any manner. There isn't enough theobromine in 2-3 ounces of that fudge to intoxicate a 25 lb dog. If it were mint chocolate fudge ice cream, there'd be even less theobromine in it. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.

do i need to keep a special eye on her?
Dog Veterinarian: Dr. Michael Salkin, Veterinarian replied 10 months ago

I don't believe that she'll need special attention but it's prudent to watch for excessive vomiting or diarrhea which could leave her dehydrated and electrolyte imbalanced. The signs of theobromine toxicity are vomiting, agitation, and tremors; I don't expect your seeing agitation or tremors because there wasn't enough theobromine in 2-3 ounces of that fudge to cause such symptoms.
