Thankfully, you needn't do anything. Ibuprofen can cause GI ulceration at 50 mg/lb but BB ingested only 200 mg/30 lbs = 6.7 mg/lb. Phenylephrine is poorly bioavailable by the oral route and so signs after oral exposure are unlikely. As with ingesting anything unusual transient gastrointestinal distress in the form of inappetence, vomiting and/or diarrhea can arise but BB wasn't intoxicated.
