Hi. I’m Dr. Denise, a licensed veterinarian. I’d like to help with your concerns regarding Sho-Me.

Did you use hydrogen peroxide to induce vomiting?

I recommend giving a second dose of 10ml, then walk her inside on a leash with a garbage bag to catch her vomit.

The 12lb canine dose for Atenolol is approximately 6mg. Sho-Me ingested significant overdose.

Symptoms of an overdose include: bradycardia (low heart rate), lethargy, vomiting, tachycardia (rapid heart rate) and hypotension (low blood pressure).

If you see any of these symptoms in Sho-Me, I recommend seeing emergency veterinary attention.

I wish you both all the best.

Please let me know if you have any other questions. I am here to answer all the questions you have. If you have no other questions, I would greatly appreciate your positive review (5 stars). Your review helps connect Experts with other customers so your input is highly appreciated, and it is the only way that I am compensated. Thank you!
