Customer Question

I think my dog (Springer Spaniel, 14 months old) may have ingested some Great Stuff spray foam insulation. I am sure that it is not much if she did. She has been acting strangely (less energetic) since I was using it yesterday afternoon and this is the only thing I can think happened. She will eat, drink water, and passed a bowel yesterday evening. When she is sleeping, she snores (never noticed snoring before) like there is something blocking her throat. This morning she ran around the house (like usual) but her breathing was noticeably louder and hoarse like.
I am wondering if this is something that will pass or if I need to go to a vet to have it checked out. Unfortunately I am limited on the times I can be at the vet (my job does not allow me to take off work)

Rather than ingesting the foam insulation, could she have inhaled some dust or fumes from the building work?
