I am sorry to hear about Lucie being sick. Can she hold down anything, even just a little water or broth?

If she can't hold down even the smallest amount of liquids she may be dehydrated. It is difficult to treat a dog that can't hold anything down because usually any medication given by mouth is vomited before it can help.

We usually treat dogs vomiting this much with injections of Cerenia.

You can try giving some famotidine, 5 mg twice daily, but it may not stay down long enough to slow her vomiting.

Lift her lip and tell me if her gums look pale or pink. If her gums are pale, she may be dehydrated, and need to get fluids by injections (under her skin or by IV).
