Hello. My name is***** and I am a veterinarian that can answer your question. I understand Koko is appearing in pain recently. I see she had her spleen removed and was diagnosed with cancer. Hemangiosarcoma is the usual cancer that affects this organ, so I am assuming this is the one we are talking about. I am sorry to hear about the problem she is having. Can you please tell me about how much she weighs? I would like to calculate her dosage of Tramadol and Xanax if it will need to be given.
