He can probably pass that thin sock through his GI tract unaided but let's see if we can get Walter to vomit it. You can dose 3% hydrogen peroxide at 5 mL (one measuring teaspoon) per 5 lbs of body weight with a small poultry baster placed between his cheek teeth and cheek. He should vomit within 15 minutes. If not, please repeat the same dose. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
