Ask Your Own Dog Veterinary Question

Does she have any signs of vomiting or diarrhea? Does she seem uncomfortable at all?

She vomited once but she doesn't seem uncomfortable. She is acting normal

Ok, great. The boneless chicken wings and the jalapeno should not cause a significant problem and there are no toxicity concerns here. The peppers can cause similar signs as they do in humans, so the most likely affect is some mild digestive upset and the usual burning sensation, so keep a close eye out for any signs of discomfort. However if you do see any signs they should be transient and pass without issue. It would be wise to feed a light diet for the next few days to help keep her digestive system settled such as plain boiled chicken and rice, a little scrambled egg, plain white fish or light cottage cheese.

If you do see further signs of vomiting or abdominal pain, it is possible she could develop signs of pancreatitis due to the fat content of the food, however this is unlikely.
