JA: I'm sorry to hear that. I'm sure the Veterinarian can help with the diabetes. What is the dog's name?
Customer: She was feed at 6 pm was given her shot at about 6:15 it is now after 11 she got into my other dogs food and just thru it up she get 3 iu insulan at night .will she be ok?
JA: Is there anything else the Veterinarian should be aware of about the dog?

I'm sorry that your question wasn't answered in a timely manner. One inadvertent feeding will cause transient hyperglycemia but her vomiting it will be protective. Maintaining her 3 units twice daily as well as regular feedings are appropriate. Please respond with further questions or concerns if you wish.
