I am trying to understand my dogs (chocolate lab mix) blood work with her PSL HIGH results jumping off the charts? 352

Customer: Well she is extremely over weight 114
JA: Where does your dog seem to hurt?
Customer: Her hips joints are basically deteriorated
JA: Can you see anything that looks wrong or different?
Customer: Yes, heavy breathing, less active, and always hungry
JA: Is your dog eating normally?

Customer: She over eats
JA: Is your dog having trouble peeing or pooing?

Customer: She seems to be in pain and I CAN NOT get her weight down. I boil Chicken.... Buy Vet Diet Dry.... Feed her recommended amounts (Protein and Veggies only) I just don't want her to suufer

1) What NSAID medication was prescribed?
2) Has Hope's thyroid been checked? If so, when and was it normal?
3) Are you seeing any GI symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, etc?
